Rapper 6ix9ine occasionally appears in memes and online discussions, but this week he made headlines for purportedly having a partner and coming out as gay. Even a rumour regarding the release of his boyfriend’s and his private video on social media exists on Twitter.

After doing some research, it was discovered that Mexican recording artist Eduin Caz uploaded the disputed picture of the 6ix9ine bf to his Instagram account, @eduincaz, a few weeks ago. The term “carnal” in the photo’s title is Spanish, and it means “fleshy” in English. But it’s also a common method of saying “blood brother.”

In short, the answer is no, or at least 6ix9ine hasn’t made their relationship publicly known. It seems to be just a cheerful picture of the two men exchanging unusual greetings.
